Eligibility

Applicants must operate a registered business related to home improvement, design, construction, or distribution.
Applicants must complete the Dealer Program Registration Form and be approved by Indigo Decors’ management.

Dealer Responsibilities

Dealers agree to represent Indigo Decors products accurately and professionally.
All promotional use of Indigo Decors’ brand assets (logos, product photos, materials) must follow company brand guidelines.
Dealers must maintain product confidentiality until official public release dates.
Dealers are responsible for providing their customers with accurate information regarding product specifications and installation requirements.

Pricing & Payments

Preferred dealer pricing is confidential and cannot be publicly disclosed.
Payment terms will be defined in each approved dealer’s agreement or purchase order.
Discounts and incentives are subject to periodic review based on sales performance.

Ordering & Delivery
